New Scouts

The new scouts who just joined troop 14 this year, please submit the following to the membership person by the end of October: 

1.  Check of $160 payable to BSA troop 14. (Sep 2019- Dec 2020, 16 months)
2.  Youth application: https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/524-406.pdf
3.  Medical part A and part B: https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/healthsafety/pdf/680-001_ab.pdf
4.  Front and back of health insurance card
5.  T14 Emergency Form supplement.

Existing Scouts

Existing scouts, please submit the following to the membership person by the end of October:

1.  Check of $120 payable to BSA troop 14. (Jan 2020- Dec 2020)
2.  Medical part A and part B
3.  Front and back of health insurance care
4.  T14 Emergency Form supplement

Registered Adults

For new adult applications, you can get the application HERE.

For registration in 2019, all adults must read the disclosures and fill out the Background Check Authorization form.
