Membership & Renewal

New Scouts

The new scouts who just joined troop 14 this year, please submit the following to the membership person by the end of October: 

1.  Check of $160 payable to BSA troop 14. (Sep 2019- Dec 2020, 16 months)
2.  Youth application: Download and fillout the youth application. Look below in the BSA Forms section.
3.  Medical part A and part B. See BSA Forms Section below.
4.  Front and back of health insurance card
5.  T14 Emergency Form supplement. [LINK]

Existing Scouts

Existing scouts, please submit the following to the membership person by the end of October:

1.  Check of $120 payable to BSA troop 14. (Jan 2020- Dec 2020)
2.  Medical part A and part B. See BSA Forms section below.
3.  Front and back of health insurance care
4.  T14 Emergency Form supplement [LINK]

Adults

For new adults:

1. Create an account at my.scouting.org
2. Take the Youth Protection Training at my.scouting.org
3. Complete the "Before the First Meeting" class segments on my.scouting.org for the requested role (ASM or Committee Member)
4. Complete and submit an Online Adult Application
5. Notify the Committee Chair that the  Online Application is ready for review on my.scouting.org

All currently registered adults who wish to continue their membership in 2020 must read the disclosures and fill out the Background Check Authorization form.
